What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support strategies and processes to drive store sales and deliver results with a customer-centric mindset
- Recruit, hire, and develop high-performing Brand Associate and Expert teams
- Own assigned areas of responsibility and implement action plans to maximize efficiencies
- Perform Service Leader duties and ensure execution of standard operating procedures
- Promote community involvement and leverage omni-channel strategies for a seamless customer experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of retail management experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, and weekends
