What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support strategies and processes to drive store sales and deliver results through a customer-centric mindset
- Recruit, hire, and develop highly productive Brand Associate and Expert teams
- Own assigned area of responsibility and implement action plans to maximize efficiencies and productivity
- Ensure consistent execution of standard operating procedures and compliance standards
- Promote community involvement and represent the brand while understanding the competition and retail landscape
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of retail management experience, either current or former
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment driven by metrics
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule to meet the business needs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in coaching and mentoring team members to foster growth
- Familiarity with retail technology and its applications in a sales environment
- Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom, and office, including lifting up to 30 pounds
- Availability for travel as required
