What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of retail management experience, either current or former
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members
- Passion for retail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, and weekends
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with retail technology systems
- Proven ability to lead and inspire teams through coaching and mentoring
- Familiarity with the competition and retail landscape
