      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1-3 years of retail management experience
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
      - Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
      - Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, and weekends

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a customer-centric retail environment
      - Proficiency in utilizing retail technology
      - Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and navigate various store areas
      - Previous experience in coaching and mentoring team members
