      Job Description

      Be accountable to internal clients as a Talent Partner responsible for effectiveness, business impact and employee experience

      • Partner with the recruiting team to attract right talent from both inside and outside the organization
      • Ensure smooth onboarding of new employees in collaboration with onboarding team (HRS India)
      • Support leaders for review meetings related to succession planning, position evaluation and key talent mobility
      • Plan and conduct development sessions for better understanding of the various Employee Development tools available
      • Drive Employee Experience focal points and initiatives.

      Supporting business in topics related to organization development/change management such as leadership feedback/working on culture square:


      • Additionally enable business in tasks such as job description and job evaluation across
      • Business centered and employee oriented HR
      • Additional involvement in time-to-time improvement projects across Corporate HR

      Qualifications

      - M.B.A / M.S.W from a reputed institute
      - 5 to 7 years of relevant work experience as an HR business partner
