- Manage all operational aspects including driving memberships, promoting retail sales, and overseeing inventory

- Ability to have tough conversations in a professional and constructive manner
- Capability to create a strong workplace culture where employees feel valued and recognized
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and support a team
- Ability to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the massage industry is a plus but not required
- Proven track record in building relationships and inspiring a team
- Previous experience in managing operational aspects of a personal service business
