      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support strategies and processes to drive store sales and deliver results through a customer-centric mindset
      - Recruit, hire, and develop highly productive Brand Associate and Expert teams
      - Own assigned areas of responsibility to maximize efficiencies and productivity
      - Ensure consistent execution of standard operating procedures
      - Promote community involvement and leverage omni-channel strategies for a frictionless customer experience

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1-3 years of retail management experience
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and the team
      - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
      - Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, overnight, and weekend shifts

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in leading and inspiring teams through coaching and mentoring
      - Proficiency in retail technology
      - Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom, and office
      - Willingness to travel as required
