      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support strategies and processes to drive store sales and enhance customer experiences
      - Recruit, hire, and develop a highly productive team of Brand Associates and Experts
      - Own assigned area of responsibility and implement action plans for efficiency
      - Perform Service Leader duties and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures
      - Promote community involvement and represent the brand effectively

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1-3 years of retail management experience
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members
      - Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
      - Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a retail environment, particularly in a management role
      - Proven ability to drive results through metrics and performance goals
      - Experience in coaching and mentoring team members
      - Familiarity with retail technology and systems
      - Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and maneuver around the sales floor
