      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support strategies and processes to drive store sales and deliver results with a customer-centric mindset
      - Recruit, hire, and develop high-performing Brand Associate and Expert teams
      - Own and manage assigned areas of responsibility
      - Implement action plans to maximize efficiencies and productivity
      - Ensure consistent execution of standard operating procedures and compliance standards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1-3 years of retail management experience
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
      - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and be driven by metrics
      - Flexibility to work varying shifts, including holidays, evenings, and weekends

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with retail technology and operations
      - Experience in coaching and mentoring team members
      - Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom, and office
      - Willingness to travel as required
