      Job Description

      Domino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Assistant Manager to join our team at 2256 S Grand Blvd in St. Louis, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in leading our store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving team performance.

      • Lead and motivate a team of employees, fostering a positive and efficient work environment
      • Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, quality control, and customer service
      • Train and develop team members on company policies, procedures, and best practices
      • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
      • Assist in implementing marketing strategies and promotional activities to drive sales
      • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized workspace
      • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve performance targets and improve store metrics
      • Handle cash management and basic accounting tasks
      • Participate in the hiring and onboarding process for new team members
      • Adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

      Qualifications

      • Valid driver's license with 2 years of driving experience if under {AGE}, or 1 year if {AGE} or older
      • Clean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background check
      • Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance
      • Strong leadership skills and a desire to guide and develop others
      • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
      • Proven problem-solving abilities and sound judgment
      • Basic computer proficiency for managing store systems and reports
      • Customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
      • Food service experience, particularly in pizza or fast food operations, is a plus
      • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a high-pressure setting
      • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
      • Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for the role
