What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and coordinate the design, development, and promotion of theological formation for staff
- Contribute to the growth and structure of the Theological Formation department and ensure compliance with national policies
- Collaborate in departmental planning, analyze data, and produce reports on the effectiveness of the Theological Formation for Ministry program
- Hire, supervise, and train staff as part of the Theological Formation teaching team
- Develop relationships with theological leaders and participate in national theological conferences
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Annually affirm the employer's Statement of Agreement and abide by the Code of Conduct
- Experience in academic leadership with a graduate-level degree preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a diverse team environment
- Proficiency in the suite of Microsoft Office programs

- Experience interacting with seminary faculty and senior leaders
