      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Teach online undergraduate psychology courses in various areas, including general psychology and research methods
      - Develop and deliver high-quality instruction in online formats
      - Advise and mentor undergraduate students in their academic and professional development
      - Participate in curriculum development and program assessment for continuous improvement
      - Provide service to the department, university, and broader community in alignment with the institution's mission

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Earned doctorate (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Psychology or a closely related field from an accredited institution
      - Experience teaching at the college or university level
      - Familiarity with online instructional technologies and delivery methods
      - Commitment to excellence in undergraduate teaching and student-centered learning
      - Effective oral and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Interest in mentoring undergraduate research
      - Active involvement in professional organizations in psychology
