      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist the Principal in the overall operation of the school and assume leadership in their absence
      - Plan, develop, and supervise instructional programs and activities, ensuring alignment with district curriculum
      - Supervise and evaluate school-based personnel to enhance teaching effectiveness
      - Conduct observations and provide actionable feedback to improve management and instructional practices
      - Support compliance with special education regulations and assist in developing and monitoring IEPs for students with special needs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master's degree in a related field
      - Current South Carolina principal's certificate prior to the start of the school year
      - Minimum of three years of successful teaching experience
      - Completion of ADEPT/PAS-T evaluator training by entry into the position
      - Effective communication skills at all levels

      - Experience in educational leadership or administration roles
      - Familiarity with special education regulations and IEP processes
      - Strong background in data analysis and strategic planning for school improvement
