What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee and administer middle school, high school, and dual enrollment aerospace programs
- Serve as the primary liaison among teachers, administrative personnel, and district staff
- Facilitate enrollment, onboarding, and scheduling for aerospace programs
- Organize regional competition events and maintain partnerships with industry leaders
- Actively recruit schools and districts to promote aerospace programs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in Education or aerospace-related fields
- Extensive experience in program management, preferably in an educational setting
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of state and federal educational guidelines and regulations
- Leadership and team management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- FAA pilot, advanced ground instructor, or maintenance certification
