What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Teach and engage with students in online courses, ensuring high-quality educational experiences
- Mentor doctoral students and guide them through dissertation and capstone processes
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of curriculum and course materials
- Participate in school governance and faculty committees to enhance institutional effectiveness
- Engage in professional service and community outreach to strengthen the institution's reputation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Doctorate in Nursing (PhD, DNP, or EdD) and Master of Science in Nursing required
- Unencumbered RN license; Minnesota RN licensure required within 6 months of employment
- Experience teaching in higher education and commitment to quality teaching outcomes
- Demonstrated success in scholarly writing and use of APA 7th edition
- Ability to support diversity and cultural sensitivity within the academic community
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience mentoring doctoral students and teaching in an online setting
- Leadership experience within educational organizations or professional associations
- Experience in curriculum development and innovative teaching methods
- Active participation in professional conferences and research activities
- Membership in educational leadership organizations
