      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Engage learners as a highly interactive instructor, exceeding teaching expectations and continuously improving course delivery

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Doctorate degree in School Psychology or a closely related field from a regionally accredited institution
      - Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP) certification required
      - Three or more years of experience teaching in an online setting or higher education
      - Demonstrated experience in mentoring doctoral students and writing curriculum
      - Proven commitment to diversity, cultural sensitivity, and quality teaching outcomes

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience presenting at professional conferences on a national or local level
      - Membership in an educational leadership organization at any level
      - Experience with scholarly writing and familiarity with APA 6th edition
      - Proven track record of supporting learner success and engaging in community service activities
