      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide support to students in enhancing their test-taking skills
      - Address and assist students with test anxiety issues
      - Prepare students for certifications and exams
      - Perform other duties as assigned by the department chair

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master of Science/Education Specialist degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling or a related field required
      - Proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment
      - Ability to support students effectively in a higher education setting

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in academic support or counseling in a higher education environment
      - Familiarity with certification exam preparation
