      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead meetings to assess data needs and drive outcomes related to operational goals
      - Develop SQL code to extract pharmacy data from Electronic Health Record databases
      - Create and maintain report applications to track financial, operational, clinical, and quality metrics
      - Provide guidance on data availability and best practices for achieving data-related goals
      - Manage projects related to data analysis needs in business intelligence and clinical informatics

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - PharmD (Doctor of Pharmacy) degree
      - Proven programming experience in one or more programming languages
      - Strong SQL coding skills and experience with data visualization
      - 3+ years of experience with hospital electronic medical record (EMR) systems
      - Epic Cogito Certification required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency or equivalent experience
      - Additional certificate or degree in Pharmacy Informatics
      - Experience utilizing Power BI for business intelligence solutions
      - Knowledge of ETL tools and methods
      - Familiarity with pharmacy accrediting bodies and concepts
