What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Teach 3 undergraduate courses per semester
- Maintain an active research program
- Contribute to service at various levels (department, college, university, and profession)
- Adapt teaching style to various formats (e.g., larger lectures, small courses, online, face-to-face)
- Develop and teach courses within area of expertise and core courses within the major

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ph.D. in Psychology or closely related field
- Evidence of active research program with potential for undergraduate student involvement
- Evidence of or potential for successful undergraduate teaching
- Commitment to engaging with a diverse student body
- Openness to teaching in various formats

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with diverse student populations
- Research addressing the consequences of racism and/or other systems of power and oppression for minoritized groups
