What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Teach four asynchronous online courses per semester, focusing on the generalist social work curriculum
- Provide academic advising to students, ensuring alignment with Council on Social Work Education (CSWE) accreditation standards
- Participate in seven duty days on campus per academic calendar
- Develop and expand the social work program in response to student needs and educational standards
- Foster a student-centered approach in education and support diverse student populations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master’s Degree in Social Work from a CSWE accredited university
- Minimum of two years of post-MSW work experience
- Terminal degree in a human services profession (Ph.D., DSW, or other terminal degree)
- Documented teaching experience in social work in higher education
- Experience with online course delivery and asynchronous delivery technologies in higher education

- Familiarity with the NASW Code of Ethics
- Experience in developing and expanding a social work program
- Fluency in two or more languages
