What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide clinical services on an inpatient psychiatric unit
- Serve adult patients involved in the forensic system
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ph.D. in psychology required
- Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in Arkansas
- Proven experience in clinical psychology, particularly in inpatient settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with forensic populations
- Background in research related to psychiatry or clinical psychology
- Additional certifications or training in specialized therapeutic techniques
