      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide teaching and mentorship to medical students, residents, and fellows
      - Deliver excellent clinical care, including evidence-based psychiatric assessments and treatments
      - Collaborate as part of a multi-disciplinary team
      - Prepare court reports and provide testimony for forensic and civil cases
      - Maintain timely and professional medical records using the Arkansas State Hospital EMR system

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - M.D. or equivalent degree required
      - ABPN-certified or eligible for certification in Psychiatry
      - Eligibility for and ability to obtain an unrestricted Arkansas medical license
      - Required malpractice insurance and credentialing by central Arkansas teaching hospitals
      - Strong clinical skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration

      - Experience in teaching and mentoring medical students and residents
      - Background in forensic psychiatry or related fields
      - Research experience in psychiatric medicine
      - Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-based environment
