      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist the Property Manager in managing day-to-day operations of assigned retail properties
      - Interact with tenants and building staff to ensure a positive and functional environment
      - Support financial activities, including budget preparation, account reconciliation, and invoice coding
      - Ensure compliance with all property management processes and procedures
      - Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative property management strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial property management, preferably in retail
      - Strong organizational and time management skills
      - Advanced oral and written communication skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel; experience with Yardi and AP/AR preferred
