What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Make daily decisions regarding time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness, and service standards
- Build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, developing, and motivating your team
- Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service and maintain a safe, clean environment
- Understand cost control procedures, inventory management, financials, and labor management
- Take ownership of an Area of Impact (AOI) and rotate through key operational areas including Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, and Gameroom
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be able to work 40 hours a week
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience managing people, preferably in the food service industry, or six (6) months as an Opening Coordinator
- Ability to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds during scheduled shifts
