Job Description

- Oversee all store functions
- Promote and maintain a friendly, positive work environment
- Ensure employee and customer safety
- Oversee repair staff and floor employees
- Maintain store display integrity
- Oversee daily store money count and bank deposit
- Responsible for a positive customer experience
- Resolve employee and customer disputes
- Execute and disseminate all company initiatives and goals
- Coordinate with buyer in store product/sales training
- Serve as back up for store ed reps for absences, deliveries
- Develop relationships with local school directors
- Oversee private lesson program; develop teacher relationships
- Oversee all store opening and closing procedures
- Oversee all store maintenance; communicate regularly and consistently with corporate management on any needs or issues
- Conduct annual store personnel reviews
- Coordinate all in store events
- Develop ongoing training for store staff
- Music background is required. Management experience preferred. Spanish speaking a plus!

Must be 18 years or older
Must have Associate degree or equivalent
Must have 3+ years retail sales experience
