What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Supervise Job Coach Trainers and ensure they are trained according to organizational policies
- Coordinate all store personnel, including shift and area coverage, to optimize operations
- Manage incoming donations and ensure they are processed timely for efficient retail operations
- Resolve customer and associate complaints, addressing needs and related issues
- Maintain a safe working environment by applying established safety guidelines
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, retail operations, or a related field
- Minimum of six years of experience, including at least four years in a management role in a retail and processing environment
- Proven ability to lead, coach, teach, and manage people and processes effectively
- Strong background in customer service, conflict resolution, negotiation, and performance management
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting up to 25 lbs. and standing for extended periods
