      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the store team in providing exceptional customer service to both retail and professional customers
      - Supervise customer service levels in the retail showroom, ensuring team member execution of service programs
      - Assist the store manager in staffing the retail sales counter during peak business hours
      - Participate in the hiring process, including scheduling and conducting interviews for new team members
      - Ensure efficient processing of online orders, returns, and exchanges, adhering to company policies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Completion of Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification, and RSS Certification
      - Fluency in multiple languages, with Spanish highly desired
      - Ability to lead and mentor team members effectively
      - Strong organizational skills to manage store operations and customer service levels
      - Availability to perform all store opening and closing duties as required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certified Parts Professional Certification
      - ASE Certification
      - Previous experience in a retail or automotive parts environment
      - Experience in coaching and developing team members
      - Bilingual proficiency in additional languages
