Scaling.com is on a mission to help entrepreneurs 10x (or more) in three years or less-and we believe narrative audio is the most powerful medium to teach transformation. As the Assistant to Producer, your primary focus will be bringing to life NPR- and Vox-style podcasts and audiobooks for our community of CEOs and founders of the fastest-growing companies in the world.

These edits will be seamlessly intertwined with scripted voiceovers to create structured, engaging, and educational narratives.
This role is designed with flexibility and long-term growth in mind, adapting as our production scales toward much higher output and as our team grows. We expect to publish over 200 episodes and multiple audiobooks in 2026. We're looking for someone with entrepreneurial instincts, strong editorial and technical skills, and journalistic curiosity-someone who can edit and write for context and teaching, shaping raw material into compelling stories that both inspire and educate. The ideal candidate is familiar with Dr. Benjamin Hardy's work and Scaling Framework, is highly skilled in both technical audio editing and script writing, and has an entrepreneurial background with a knack for teaching through story.
