What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide email support by triaging, drafting responses, and following up on communications
- Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling, reminders, and coordination
- Handle mail and paperwork by managing incoming mail and organizing documents
- Assist with bills and administrative tasks, including tracking and payment workflows
- Conduct light editing and proofreading of written materials
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Highly detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively
- Quick learner who can adapt to new tools and routines
- Proactive with a strong initiative to notice and address tasks
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Comfortable using a Mac
- Familiar with Google Calendar and Gmail
- Experience with Airtable is a plus
