      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide administrative support to the Deputy Program Manager and other program leaders within the Water Quality Program
      - Organize and manage meetings and events for the Water Quality program management team
      - Track personnel actions and maintain accurate personnel records in data systems
      - Assist with various routine administrative functions and special projects
      - Ensure effective and efficient operation of the core administrative functions of the Water Quality program

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Four (4) years of experience in clerical, secretarial, bookkeeping, accounting, or general administrative office work
      - High School Diploma or equivalent, or formal college-level education in a related field
      - Strong organizational and communication skills
      - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
      - Experience providing high-level administrative support

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Good general office skills, including attention to detail and customer service experience
      - Experience working in an environmental protection or public service role
