What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in the development and implementation of health programs and services
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient program operations
- Engage with community stakeholders to promote health initiatives
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
- Provide administrative support, including data entry and reporting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in health services or program management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management software
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in a nonprofit health organization
- Familiarity with community health assessment and planning processes
- Knowledge of public health principles and practices
- Bilingual skills in English and Spanish or another language
- Previous experience in program evaluation and reporting
