What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive year-over-year growth across multiple revenue streams including corporate partnerships, foundations, and major donors
- Partner with the Chief Development Officer to create and implement a strategic fundraising plan
- Manage a portfolio of major donors and oversee development goals and objectives
- Develop and execute strategies for donor engagement and stewardship
- Prepare regular performance reports on fundraising efforts and compliance with industry standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Public Healthcare
- 8-10+ years of fundraising experience in the nonprofit sector, with a track record of raising over $10M annually
- 5+ years of experience managing high-performing fundraising teams
- Proven ability to cultivate and steward major donors and corporate partners
- Experience working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with government grants
- Background in healthcare and/or mental health services
- Strong managerial skills and ability to inspire team engagement
