      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Evaluate and write new and renewal policies within designated authority limits
      - Mentor underwriters and associate underwriters to enhance team capabilities
      - Ensure high accuracy in work products while meeting tight deadlines
      - Manage multiple assignments efficiently in a fast-paced environment
      - Foster strong communication and collaboration within the Professional Liability team

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5-7 years of underwriting experience, preferably in Professional Liability lines
      - Solid understanding of insurance underwriting in the construction and casualty markets
      - Detail-oriented with a proven ability to produce highly accurate work
      - Highly motivated, self-directed, and able to work independently
      - Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills
