      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide diagnostic imaging services during second shift hours (5 PM - 2 AM EST)
      - Collaborate with a team of ER radiologists on complex cases
      - Utilize customized worklists and dictation templates to improve efficiency
      - Participate in teaching and mentoring medical trainees
      - Contribute to the expansion of teleradiology services across the state

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - DO or MD degree
      - Eligibility for licensure in Indiana
      - Radiology board eligibility
      - Experience working in a Level 1 trauma center preferred
      - Commitment to improving health equity and community engagement

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in emergency radiology
      - Advanced neuro imaging reading skills
      - Previous teaching or mentoring experience in medical education
      - Engagement in research or community service related to health equity
      - Familiarity with AI applications in radiology
