      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Instruct undergraduate and graduate online wildlife biology and conservation courses using the MLS system Canvas
      - Develop online courses in collaboration with Instructional Designers and Directors
      - Implement effective pedagogical techniques to facilitate student engagement and provide feedback
      - Support assessment of online courses and curricula
      - Guide student research, theses, and capstone projects as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Earned doctoral degree in Wildlife Biology or a related field; ABD considered
      - Commitment to effective online teaching and strong communication skills
      - Previous higher education online teaching experience preferred
      - Evidence of scholarly activities in wildlife biology or related fields

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with online course development and instructional design
      - Strong record of research and publication in wildlife biology or conservation
      - Demonstrated ability to engage and support students in an online learning environment
