      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the development of a human gross anatomy teaching program in the new gross anatomy teaching lab
      - Teach human gross anatomy dissection courses for medical students, graduate students, and advanced undergraduates
      - Oversee and maintain the human gross anatomy teaching program, including training laboratory teaching assistants
      - Create and implement inquiry-based class exercises and lead curriculum design and assessment
      - Collaborate on research opportunities with faculty in various anthropology-related fields

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Ph.D. in anthropology, biology, anatomy, physiology, or a related field at the time of appointment
      - Minimum of two years of teaching experience in relevant courses
      - Demonstrated interest in pedagogy and application of research-based teaching methods
      - Experience implementing active learning strategies in teaching
      - Documented excellence in teaching, with preference for anatomy teaching and dissection experience

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Background in anatomy teaching and dissection experience
      - Experience with curriculum design and assessment in higher education
      - Evidence of innovative teaching strategies in the classroom
      - Collaborative research experience in anthropology or related fields
      - Strong professional network within the academic community
