      Position Title: Associate Account Executive, Fiber Sales (P1)

      As an Associate Account Executive, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets – by setting appointments for and working sales opportunities with senior sellers - in a rapidly growing and evolving marketplace. You will leverage your experience identifying, engaging and activating new accounts, while developing selling skills, the ability to discover customer business needs and align to solutions, and relationship management skills required to achieve sales targets and meet your customers’ needs while earning competitive compensation and achieving long-term career growth with the largest provider of shared infrastructure in the U.S.

      Responsibilities

      • Directly contribute to revenue generation by identifying, engaging and activating new business opportunities, closing sales, and managing relationships and customer accounts in collaboration with senior Account Executives.
      • Engage in all areas of the sales process, including prospecting, customer discovery sessions, co-designing complex network solutions, financial analysis, and contract negotiations.
      • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
      • Leverage Crown Castle’s brand and solution-based product portfolio to grow revenue and achieve sales targets.
      • Meet defined success metrics related to prospecting and sales, maintaining progress and milestones.
      • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and services to customers.
      • Successful AAE’s will progress from support of senior Account Executives to an independent role via promotion to Commercial Account Executive.

      Education/Certifications:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or Business Administration is ideal, or relevant market experience.

      Experience/Minimum Requirements:

      • 12 - 24+ months of experience in a business setting; preferably in a sales/business development role

      Expectations

      • Strong desire to grow skills in a professional sales career in the technology industry.
      • Demonstrated success identifying ideal target accounts, engaging those accounts in productive and efficient outreach to create new account engagement and opportunity creation. This is a hunter role.
      • Ability to drive action with confidence and humility.
      • Understanding of financial principles within a business context.
      • Engage with customers face to face at their workplace or off-site location. Subject to local and state eligibility, a pre-employment background check will be conducted for criminal convictions, including misdemeanors and felonies related to violence or possession of weapons.

      Organizational Relationship

      Reports to: Manager Fiber Enterprise Sales

      Working Conditions: This role falls into our hybrid 2 work model which consists of a blend of working in your assigned office and attending on-site meetings with customers. There is an expectation of collaboration with teammates and stakeholders for moments that matter that could require travel.

      Additional Information: Pursuant to the Los Angeles County and San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.

      The pay range offered for this position is $52,841-$72,657 annually. A candidate’s offer is determined by various factors including but not limited to, depth of experience, role-related knowledge and skills, relevant education or training, internal alignment, and work location. Depending on the position offered, the compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of a discretionary annual cash bonus or commissions, and equity incentives. Employees (and their families) are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan. Employees will also receive a minimum of 18 days of paid time off each year and 12 paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
