      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Promote cancer screening liquid biopsy to healthcare providers in primary care settings
      - Meet or exceed sales goals and manage promotional budgets in line with company standards
      - Develop and implement business plans to support product launches
      - Identify and partner with laboratories for phlebotomy draw agreements
      - Analyze market trends and provide feedback to leadership for strategic improvements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer-facing field-based sales role, preferably in healthcare
      - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
      - Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills
      - Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and customer service skills
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (preferably Salesforce and Veeva)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with diagnostic product sales directly to primary care providers
      - Familiarity with product launch planning and execution
      - Understanding of the primary care practice landscape in the assigned territory
      - High-touch customer service skills
