      We foster an inclusive culture and are looking for diverse, talented people to join Alcon. As an Associate, Administrative Assistant supporting Vision Franchise, you will be trusted to work on confidential and complex documents at Fort Worth, Texas. In this role, a typical day will include:

      • Administrative Support – Managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling emails, ensuring executive stay organized. Planning office events, moves, and assisting with office space planning
      • Calendar & Travel Management – Scheduling appointments, arranging travel, and preparing itineraries.
      • Communication Liaison – Acting as a bridge between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
      • Document & Report Preparation – Drafting emails, reports, presentations, and other business documents. Analyzing and developing department budgets
      • Meeting Coordination – Organizing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-ups on action items.
      • Project Management – Assisting in special projects, conducting research, and tracking deliverables.
      • Confidentiality & Discretion – Handling sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

      Soft skills needed:

      • Time Management – Keeping tasks prioritized to maximize the executive’s productivity.
      • Problem-Solving – Addressing issues proactively and offering solutions
      • Strong Communication – Both verbal and written communication must be clear and professional.

      What You'll Bring to Alcon:

      • High School Diploma or equivalent
      • The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
      • 5 Years of Relevant Experience
      • Tech-Savvy – Proficiency in office software, databases, and virtual collaboration tools.
