- Daily Cashiering & Deposits
- Process daily route collections, including remote check deposits and preparation of physical deposits for cash and coin.
- Manage documentation for all cashiering activities: run daily reports, maintain logs, and ensure proper retention of records.
- Miscellaneous Deposits
- Handle all non-standard deposits for the location. Issue receipts, document transactions, and retain related documentation accurately.
- Vending Route Reconciliation
- Count full-service vending route collections using currency and coin machines.
- Must be able to briefly lift a coin bag weighing 25–35 lbs.
- Bank Reconciliations & NSF Check Processing
- Reconcile daily deposit activity against bank confirmations, retaining all supporting documentation.
- Manage returned (NSF) checks: update logs, customer records, and collaborate with internal departments to support recovery and resolution efforts.
- Proof of Delivery (POD) Verification
- Verify POD for all charge-term accounts, including store stamps, receiving reports, and signatures.
- Track and document missing or incomplete PODs and unresolved payments; follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
- Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain well-organized records and comply with PepsiCo’s Document Retention Policy.
- Ensure secure archiving of all cashiering and settlement records.
- Customer & Team Communication
- Respond promptly and professionally to emails and phone calls.
- Assist visitors and manage employee/department directories as needed.
- Provide cross-functional support to team members and departments.
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $38,700 - $61,850
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process

- 2+ years of administrative support experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel; willingness to learn PepsiCo-specific applications
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with a strong sense of urgency
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently

OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable individual to join our team in a cashiering support role. This position is responsible for the daily reconciliation of route deliveries, accurate recordkeeping of funds, documentation of delivery activity, and proactive communication to ensure timely resolution of outstanding issues.
