What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze and maintain accurate provider information in internal systems and databases
- Ensure timely loading of provider demographic data, including contract assignments
- Conduct audits on loaded provider records for quality and financial accuracy
- Validate provider information for proper claims processing and reporting
- Collaborate with outside parties to gather and verify provider information
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 1 year of experience in healthcare, preferably in a customer/provider services setting, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
- Strong critical-thinking skills and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proven customer service experience
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with data management in a healthcare setting
- Familiarity with claims processing and provider credentialing
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets
