What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide entry-level analyst support for provider configuration activities, ensuring accurate maintenance of provider information
- Analyze and validate provider information received from outside parties for timely updates in internal systems
- Maintain department standards for loading provider demographic data, including affiliation and contract assignments
- Audit loaded provider records for quality and financial accuracy, providing documented feedback
- Ensure accurate loading of provider information for proper claims processing and reporting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 1 year of experience in healthcare, preferably in a customer/provider services setting, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
- Strong critical-thinking skills and attention to detail
- Organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks
- Customer service experience
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (including Excel) and applicable software programs
