      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide routine and daily support to the clinical project management team
      - Collaborate with clinical project management and cross-functional teams to establish priorities
      - Assist in developing, maintaining, and managing detailed study timelines
      - Support the management of study budgets and routine status reporting
      - Contribute to the development of procedural documents and best practices

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a related discipline required; a combination of relevant education and applicable job experience may be considered
      - Minimum of 5 years of related experience in a CRO, Biotech, or Pharmaceutical organization
      - Solid understanding of drug development and clinical operations
      - Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
      - Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a matrix cross-functional environment
      - Strong understanding of clinical financials and budget management
      - Ability to work as a self-starter with minimal supervision
      - Proven ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively
      - Experience in a biology and chemical laboratory environment
