What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide continuous training and education on Fujifilm's equipment and services for regional customers
- Deliver post-sale, face-to-face client support including setup and troubleshooting of Fujifilm systems
- Monitor and report on repair transactions and conduct root cause analysis for equipment issues
- Develop and present detailed reports on installation progress, training effectiveness, and customer data
- Attend trade shows and adhere to safety policies and FDA regulations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of field sales or clinical experience desired
- Knowledge of GI/pulmonary flexible endoscopy and advanced therapeutic procedures preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and effective communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and analyze data for insights
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in advanced therapeutic procedures in endoscopy
- Strong decision-making skills and ability to prioritize customer requirements
- Ability to present technical information effectively to small groups
- Familiarity with basic mathematical calculations for discount assessments
- Experience working in a clinical or sales environment related to medical equipment
