What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide continuous training and education on Fujifilm's equipment and services for regional customers
- Deliver face-to-face post-sale client support, including equipment setup and maintenance
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement plans to minimize repairs and prevent future issues
- Develop and present comprehensive reports detailing installation progress, training needs, and trends
- Attend local, regional, and national trade shows as requested
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of field sales or clinical experience desired
- Knowledge and experience in GI/pulmonary flexible endoscopy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email applications
- Strong oral and written communication skills to convey technical information effectively

- Experience in advanced therapeutic procedures in endoscopy
- Ability to analyze data for insights and present information to small groups
- Strong decision-making skills for determining customer training needs
- Ability to troubleshoot Fujifilm endo equipment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
