What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform cross-reference and categorization of clinical products to support service line projects
- Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate data management
- Track project progress, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems to maintain timelines
- Identify and address gaps in cross-reference and categorization data
- Communicate professionally with vendors to obtain necessary item equivalencies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a Health Science-related field or equivalent experience
- Data management experience, preferably in healthcare
- Clinical education and/or experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and WebEx
- Experience in data querying and reporting is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in healthcare data management or clinical analysis
- Familiarity with categorization processes in a clinical setting
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Excellent communication skills for professional interactions with vendors
