What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Export client data from legacy databases and create data maps for Bloomerang databases
- Research and analyze legacy data to ensure accurate data migration
- Test results of data mapping and coding to verify accuracy
- Provide feedback and recommendations to Conversion Project Manager and engineers regarding data issues
- Create documentation for legacy databases and process changes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of experience with database conversions and database mapping
- Experience with relational databases
- Moderate skill level in SQL
- Expertise in Excel
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical team members
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced skill level in SQL
- Experience writing Powershell and/or Python scripts
- Prior experience working with nonprofits
