      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Defend lawsuits filed in Florida courts against insureds and represent the employer in subrogation, Uninsured Motorist, and Underinsured Motorist lawsuits
      - Research laws and prepare legal briefs, opinions, and memoranda
      - Render opinions on liability, damages, and value as requested by the Claims Department
      - Prepare and handle pleadings, motions, and discovery, including depositions and examinations under oath
      - Defend assigned matters by trial or dispositive hearing as applicable

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-6+ years of litigation experience in insurance, defense, or personal injury
      - Juris Doctor degree REQUIRED
      - Admission to the Florida Bar REQUIRED
      - Must be licensed in good standing to practice law in Florida and meet mandatory Continuing Legal Education (CLE) requirements
      - Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with the ability to document files clearly and concisely

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in civil litigation and insurance defense-related litigation
      - Ability to communicate professionally in person, via telephone, and in written correspondence
