      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support clients in implementing new technologies and redesigning business processes

      - Participate in industry training and provide support for project tasks

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, Business, or another STEM-related field
      - 0-2 years of coursework, internship, or entry-level experience related to CIS, CRM systems, or utility business processes
      - Willingness to travel up to 50%
      - Strong interpersonal and communication skills
      - Eagerness to learn and support diverse project teams

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience or coursework related to Customer Service technologies and utility business processes
      - Familiarity with Customer Information Systems and Customer Relationship Management Systems
