What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support clients in implementing new technologies and redesigning business processes
- Assist in vendor selection and production of high-quality project deliverables
- Collaborate with project teams to drive positive change for water utilities
- Conduct documentation and data analysis under the guidance of senior team members
- Participate in industry training and provide support for project tasks
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, Business, or another STEM-related field
- 0-2 years of coursework, internship, or entry-level experience related to CIS, CRM systems, or utility business processes
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and support diverse project teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience or coursework related to Customer Service technologies and utility business processes
- Familiarity with Customer Information Systems and Customer Relationship Management Systems
