      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Establish a trusted relationship with a predominantly digital customer base
      - Act as the main point of contact for a group of shared customers, understanding their business objectives and challenges
      - Develop and execute customer success plans to aid customers in achieving their business outcomes
      - Analyze customer data to improve the customer experience and drive adoption of managed services
      - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries, concerns, and technical issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate Degree plus 1 year of experience in IT relationship management, project management, or account management; OR 3 years of experience in a relevant field
      - Exceptional verbal, written, social, presentation, and interpersonal skills
      - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
      - Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to collaborate and problem-solve
      - Strong understanding of Managed Services or IT and ITIL Foundation Certification

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - PMP and/or Project Management experience
      - In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
      - Gainsight experience
      - ServiceNow experience
